Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms, though small, were very well designed and had plenty of storage. The balcony offered direct views of the Matterhorn, and there were many wonderful touches that surpassed my expectations for a 5-star hotel.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location couldn't be better, offering ski in/ski out convenience with luxurious amenities and prime views of the Matterhorn. The service was exceptional, especially given the heavy snow conditions, with staff going above and beyond to assist with special arrangements. The dining experience was excellent, with fresh and plentiful offerings and a magnificent view of the Matterhorn from the main dining room. The only downside was the lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms, which had to be purchased separately.
The hotel offers cozy rooms in a traditional chalet style with a modern touch, equipped with everything you need. The service is top-notch, with staff always eager to assist. The location provides a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains, although dining could use a bit more innovation.
